Hoa has completed the 9 month Comprehensive Humani ™️ Pilates Teacher Training Program and the 6 month Apprenticeship program. Hoa shared that Pilates has taught her to step into her own strength and let it grow from the inside out. She hopes to share that experience with others in a way that feels supportive and that her students leave class feeling strong, seen, and empowered in their movement.
