Christina Wang
Christina has completed the 9 month Comprehensive Humani ™️ Pilates Teacher Training Program and the 6 month Apprenticeship program. Christina’s goal is to create a safe space where students can build confidence in their movements while also increasing their mindfulness and body awareness. She also loves to share Pilates with others so they can experience its many benefits, from increasing physical strength to enhancing overall well-being, boosting confidence, and providing a sanctuary from daily stress.
